DescriptionSalary 66336 - 72151 per annum Permanent Full time 37 hours per week PrestonAre you a strategic leader with a passion for digital transformation and value-driven service delivery Join our Digital Commissioning team at County Hall and lead the way in shaping innovative cost-effective digital solutions for Lancashire County Council.As a Commissioning Manager you will:Lead the Digital Commissioning team driving innovation and embedding a modern progressive commissioning approach.Deliver value-for-money digital services through effective service measurement vendor management licensing and asset control.Commission cutting-edge solutions in areas such as Cybersecurity Artificial Intelligence End User Computing (EUC) Cloud technologies and Schools.Oversee the integration of third-party and in-house digital services into a seamless resilient operating model.Manage digital revenue and commissioning budgets ensuring alignment with strategic financial plans.What were looking for:Honours degree or equivalent relevant experience with a professional qualification in digital commissioning or SIAM.Proven experience in commissioning digital products and services within complex organisations ideally in public sector.Experience of managing suppliers in a SIAM environment.
