Lead international law firm are currently recruiting for a Senior Graphic Designer to join the firms in-house creative design team. The position will be an initial 14-month contract paying £53,000 per annum. The role offers two days per week working from home, and the other three days per week working from the firms stunning offices in the heart of Canary Wharf.

This new Senior Graphic Designer role will be working within the firms in house design team, working on multiple projects in a fast-paced corporate environment, working as part of an open, collaborative team as well as taking responsibility and owning your own design process from concept to delivery.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Working with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation to understand their requirements, and think strategically and outside the box to meet their needs
  • Creating and producing print and online impactful design solutions
  • Working closely with internal clients, to understand and scope work, so that a strong design brief is created
  • Be an active part of a positive, collaborative, high performing culture
  • Consistently provide a high level of customer service and consistent global messaging, which makes the in-house Design team a team stakeholders want to engage with.
  • Be a part of the ongoing process to improve processes and achieve best practice by suggesting and discussing observations and improvements.

Key skills and experience:

  • Advanced user of Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator) and MSO (Word and PowerPoint).
  • Experience leading large, high value, complex projects and managing multiple stakeholders. With a strong track record of working within a fast-paced, high performing team
  • Strong conceptual skills and attention to detail, with an ability to efficiently communicate creative thinking through rough sketches and mock-ups.
  • Video editing and motion graphic experience would be an advantage (Adobe After Effects / Premiere Pro).
  • Digital experience - conceptualising UX/UI and designing online experiences (e.g., XD or CEROS). Ability to plan for, and adapt designs for online use.
  • Strong skills in graphic design, pre-print/print management and packaging/merchandise.
