What you'll do as an Assistant Manager...
- Support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business and leading the business in their absence.
- Engage, inspire, coach, empower and connect with all team members, setting standards, expectations and making sure our team can be their best everyday
- Support the General Manager to maximise all sales opportunities for your business, delivering against agreed sales and volume targets, and profit and loss accounts
