With post-registration experience in Scrub roles within a Theatreenvironmentyourea team player with a passion for exceptional patient care.As a Scrub Practitioner or Theatre Practitioner (ODP)you will:Work in a multidisaplinaryteam covering a varied patient caseloadUsestate-of-the-arttechnologyequipmentand facilitiesSupervisesupportand develop junior members of the teamProvide high-quality perioperative care in a multidisciplinary team settingCreate high-quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence basedHaveample opportunitiesfor continuous growth and personal development which can include Surgical First Assist training.
