So, if you’re after some tasty beer with a difference you’ve come to the right place. The RoleFancy joining an innovative company where you’ll focus on bringing in new business within the North East of England, with a particular focus on Yorkshire? There may also be requirement to travel to Leeds / Sheffield to help drive brand awareness and distribution within these geographies too. As the primary point of contact between Beavertown Brewery and customers in the area, you’ll ensure that accounts are selling our beers to their full potential. Hunting for new opportunities and partnering closely with new and existing customers to ensure Beavertown brands are pouring and that they look the best in the market. This is a great role for someone who’s eager to take responsibility for growing and maintaining our accounts. What You’ll Be DoingProactively seek out new customers for our beers, focussing primarily on the on tradeProactively partner with customers to manage expectations, ensure orders are placed and collaborate closely with various route to marketsMaintain clear and well organised communication with customersEstablish, maintain and develop relationships with your customer baseSchedule and attend meetings with key contactsEducate our customers on our products to maximise salesTrack and report customer buying trends to Sales and Production managementMaintain all sales goals and personal budgets outlined to you.Ensure accurate and timely reporting and data entry into the relevant systems Represent Beavertown Brewery at promotions, tastings and special eventsConduct waitstaff / bartender educationsWork some nights and weekends Seek out beer related educational opportunities and keep up to date by reading industry publicationsOther duties as intermittently assigned by your managerAs a result of the all of the above the expectation would be that the successful candidate would be spending 80-90% of their time in the marketWhat You’ll Bring To UsPrevious experience selling beverages in the On TradeWell-developed communication and people skills; effective on an interpersonal levelStrong relationship management and negotiation skillsStrong track record of delivering incredible resultsA real sense of urgency in making things happenGood track record in delivering successful outcomesStrong judgment and maturity levelsExcellent problem solving and organisational skillsSolid time management skills with the ability to plan ahead and manage multiple tasksWork independently, and also within a team, to accomplish goalsDemonstrate a passion for the industry and our brand What’s In It For YouDiscounts on Beavertown beer and goodiesDiscretionary bonus25 days Annual Leave plus a day off to celebrate your birthday2 days off every year for volunteeringPrivate healthcareCompany pensionTeam and company social events including monthly lunch
