My client is a business leading in its industry based in Leeds, looking to recruit a Payroll Manager on a 6 month basis. You would look after a small team of payrollers and oversee the full payroll process and ensure it is running efficiently and effectively.

Description

You may have the responsibilities but would not be limited to:

  • Overseeing the full payroll processes.
  • Identifying issues with the processes and developing solutions.
  • Liaising with stakeholders and dealing with confidential information.
  • Collaborating with the Human Resources team.
  • Overseeing the compliance processes.
  • Innovate new payroll procedures.

Profile

  • An expert in payroll with a wealth of experience in industries and payroll areas.
  • Proven track record in implementing new payroll systems and procedures.
  • The ability to lead a team from the front.
  • Be immediately available or on a 2 week notice period or less.
  • Be able to provide a good service.
  • Be able to be in Leeds for a minimum of 2 days a week.
