Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Prepare Tenders following receipt of customers request for quotation.
  • Read and review customers technical specification and commercial requirements.
  • Produce cost estimates using internal costing system.
  • Support customers with detailed technical clarifications on submitted bids.
  • Communicate with Customers and Original Equipment Manufacturers.
  • Liaise with Internal Engineering teams to ensure any technical clarifications are answered effectively and correctly.
  • Carry out other tasks as may be reasonably requested by Line Manager, that are within the role holders ability.
Education / Qualification Requirements:
  • GCSE Grade C or above in English & Maths.
  • Degree in Engineering or similar field.
  • Skills and Competency Requirements:
  • Team player with good listening skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good observation skills.
  • Able to follow instructions.
