Junior Sales Representative

We seek a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers through phone calls and emails, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail, and showcasing a solid eagerness to learn and grow. Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Identify and research potential customers through various channels.
- Outbound Communication: Make a high volume of outbound phone calls and send targeted emails to potential customers daily.
- Lead Generation: Qualify leads and set appointments.
- Follow-Up: Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule to nurture leads and keep the sales pipeline active.
- CRM Management: Accurately enter and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to potential customers.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on customer responses and market conditions.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in a sales role, coffee role or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments.
- Comfortable with making cold calls and handling rejection.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attributes:
- Eager to learn and continuously improve.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Willingness to step out of your comfort zone and take on new challenges.
- Positive attitude and a team player.
