Due to continued growth plans for the business we are looking to expand our teams and are looking for experienced Adult Complex Care Nurses (RGN) with a positive and proactive attitude to potentially join us in Pembrokeshire. Our care in the home services support children, young people and adults with a wide range of conditions, including: brain injury, spinal cord injury, neurological conditions and neurodegenerative diseases, respiratory conditions and gastro-intestinal conditions, including percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) feeding.
