We are seeking an experienced SAP Signavio Administrator to support a major transformation programme, owning and optimising the SAP Signavio Business Process Transformation Suite across the enterprise. This role is hands-on and will involve platform administration, security, SSO, governance enforcement, and integration support with core SAP systems.*Please note* this role is full -time on site.Key ResponsibilitiesPlatform AdministrationAdminister the full SAP Signavio Suite: Process Manager, Collaboration Hub, Governance, Insights, Journey ModelerManage users, RBAC, roles, groups, and licence allocationMaintain workspace structure, naming conventions, and taxonomyMonitor system health, performance, availability, and securityHandle versioning, approvals, workflow management and publishingManage upgrades, patches, feature releases and platform optimisationSecurity & SSOConfigure and maintain SSO (Azure AD, Okta, Ping)Enforce access governance and Segregation of DutiesSupport security, audit, privacy and vulnerability controlsIntegration SupportSupport integrations with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud ALM, Solution Manager and Process InsightsAssist with data pipelines for Insights/IntelligenceWork closely with SAP Basis and integration teamsGovernance & ComplianceImplement modelling standards, naming conventions and governance rulesMaintain documentation across configuration, architecture, integrations and security controlsMonitor content quality, publishing discipline and compliance adherenceSupport internal audits and process reviewsUser Support & EnablementProvide L2/L3 support for Signavio issuesManage user onboarding/offboardingDeliver training, create user guides and promote adoptionTrack usage trends and propose improvementsEssential ExperienceStrong hands-on SAP Signavio Suite administrationWorkspace configuration, access control, governance frameworksSSO/IDP configuration (Azure AD, Okta, Ping etc.)Experience integrating with S/4HANA, Cloud ALM or SolManUnderstanding of BPMN 2.0Knowledge of SaaS security, compliance and data governanceExcellent communication, troubleshooting and documentation skillsDesirableSAP Signavio certifications2-5 years SaaS or SAP platform administrationDegree in IT, Computer Science or related field
