Customer Service Associate (Bi-Lingual English/German)

What You’ll Do:

  • Address customer inquiries through phone, chat, and email, prioritizing a positive and satisfying experience
  • Use various software tools to access and review customer accounts, researching policies to provide accurate resolutions
  • Manage escalated issues with professionalism, patience, and a customer-first approach
  • Work closely with colleagues to maintain consistent, high-quality service across all interactions.


Requirements:

  • Fluent in both English and German (speaking, reading, writing)
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience in an office or call center environment
  • Proficiency with typing, phone, and computer navigation
