CDP Chef We are looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our dynamic kitchen team. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook high-quality meals following established recipes and standards. Ensure strict adherence to all food safety and hygiene regulations. Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop creative and innovative menu options. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. Assist with meal preparation and presentation for events and special functions. Monitor inventory levels and support with stock ordering when required. Provide excellent service during meal times to ensure customer satisfaction. Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and support fellow colleagues. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience working in a professional kitchen environment. Strong understanding of food safety standards and kitchen regulations. Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a busy setting. Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills. Previous restaurant or catering experience is preferred but not essential.
