This role suits a technically skilled mechanic who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working within a fast-paced operational environment. You will help maintain the safety, reliability, and efficiency of essential airport equipment including buses, firefighting appliances, snow clearing machinery, de-icing equipment, and other airside operational vehicles. Vehicle MechanicKey Responsibilities Service, maintain, and repair airport vehicles including buses, firefighting appliances, tractors, and operational support equipment. Carry out diagnostics and repairs across electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems. Support winter operations by maintaining snow clearing and de-icing equipment. Perform fabrication repairs on barriers, fences, and various airport mechanical structures. Manage vehicle compliance including MOT preparation, inspections, tax, and maintenance records.
