KPJ Group is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer to join a leading global company in the food production industry at their site based in Rochdale.With a focus on optimising production processes and ensuring high-quality output, you’ll be part of a company offering genuine career stability and progression as they continue to grow.What’s on offer? * £48,000 per year * Rotating shifts * Monday – Friday 5:30am – 2:25pm / 2:15pm – 11:10pm * Overtime available (paid at enhanced rate) * 28 days holiday (plus bank holidays) * 5% pension plan * Death in service (4 x annual salary) * Free breakfast * Health Cash PlanWhat will you be doing as a Maintenance Engineer? * Designing and implementing improvements in production processes to increase efficiency * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and safety standards are met * Optimising manufacturing operations and workflows to meet production targets * Investigating and resolve production issues, identifying areas for improvement * Supporting the introduction of new equipment and technologies to enhance productionWhat do you need? * Level 3 NVQ or equivalent * Previous experience as a Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical) * Time served as an apprentice (desirable)This is your chance to grow with a company that values its team and offers long-term stability.
