Youll also bring a calm and capable presence to emergency situations.Key Requirements & ExperienceTime-served apprenticeship (or other recognised training scheme) in an electrical or instrumentation disciplineBTEC National Certificate (or equivalent City & Guilds NVQ/SVQ Level 3) in an electrical or instrumentation disciplineWorked in industries including (but not limited to) FMCG the broader utilities military or aviationStrong knowledge of ATEX regulations and hazardous area equipmentStrong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems fault-finding and calibrationFamiliarity with safety management systems and permit-to-work proceduresFull UK car driving licenseIdeally (but not essential) youll possess an in date certificate in any of the following:CompEx EX01 - 04 Hazardous EquipmentC&G 2391 Inspection & TestingC&G 2377 PAT TestingBS7671 18th Edition Wiring RegulationsCompEx EX01 - 04 Hazardous EquipmentAppreciation of systems and equipment associated with other engineering disciplines within the oil and gas (or other similar process) industry - desirableKnowledge of SCADA or control systems - desirable#garyeciYou have been sent this vacancy list by EC&I Partners.
