What you’ll be doing:

  • Prepare requests for the procurement of necessary labour, materials, and equipment to achieve contract goals and productivity targets
  • Coordinate the formation and management of site teams to ensure project completion in adherence to established processes and procedures
  • Organise site teams to effectively deliver projects according to resource requirements
  • Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates and forecasts to the Project Team
  • Ensure that the installation of services meets employer specifications, design requirements, and regulatory standards
  • Document and communicate any changes to the contract, reasons for delays, disruptions, sequencing issues, and other events affecting the project timeline
  • Assist the Contracts Manager in compiling claims by providing detailed reports on relevant events
  • Uphold all applicable Quality standards
  • Adhere to all relevant Health & Safety regulations and requirements


The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in the Electrical industry and in a Site Management position
  • Preference for experience in the Healthcare sector, but not required
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management, performance management, and leadership
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations
  • Skilled in motivating and inspiring others
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Comfortable working in sensitive environments with end users


Job Role

The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of the contracted project(s) by effectively managing all necessary resources to ensure timely delivery, adherence to quality standards, and staying within budget constraints.
