The business's focus on investing in cutting edge equipment, facilities, services and people creates a market leading proposition.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Display Project Manager role located in London. The candidate will oversee client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Responsibilities include managing communication with clients, building and maintaining relationships, identifying business opportunities, coordinating with internal teams for project delivery, and ensuring customer satisfaction.The Display Project Manager is responsible for conducting surveys, recommending suitable materials, creating estimates, raising job tickets, attending installs, managing communication between production and the customer, trafficking studio proofs and approvals, preparing completed orders for invoicing and generally ensuring the customer is happy at all times and that their projects are completed to the highest standards.Additionally there are requirements in this role to ensure all relevant risk assessments are completed and that all projects are produced to H&S standards.Ideal Skills RequirementEnthusiastic and conscientious natureAn eye for detailGood display print knowledgeA willingness to learnGood general IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel etc)Experience of Tharstern MIS a bonus but not essentialTravelThere is an element of travel involved in this role. Whilst the high majority of travel will be within the London area some may be further afield. All expenses are covered as part of this requirement.HoursMost of the print projects are handled within regular working hours however, owing to the nature of this work, there are requirements for some working at more irregular hours.LocationThis is a full time role based on site at our cutting edge central London factory on Goswell Road, London, EC1V 7JD. As this role encompasses dealing with physical printed projects there is no scope for remote, hybrid or condensed hour working. This is a 5 day week, full time on site role.Holiday25 days + bank holidays per annumRemuneration£40k-£50k per annum depending on suitability
