Building Services Manager (Eastern Counties) Location:

You will be working within our Construction East business where you will:
Manage and set targets for ensuring delivery of building services design and installation to the agreed timescalesEnsure that the design and installation of M&E services is fully coordinated, buildable, cost effective and complies with Morgan Sindall\ \\'s contractual obligationsProvide all necessary construction mechanical and electrical support including the management of services design and its integration in whole designManage the building services design and installation process to meet the agreed programmeWork closely with the Morgan Sindall project manager, design manager and commercial team and provide support to site management in relation to coordination of M&E installationsAssess customer documentation and requirements and ensure that it is being fully integrated into the COP and installationContinuously monitor the services design and manage the information flow between the subcontractors and the consultantsEnsure high standards of health and safety, safe by design, quality and customer satisfactoryIdeally you will have:
A full understanding of detailed M&E procedures and will have a good level of technical and professional expertise.Significant experience in the main contracting market with experience of working on a range of construction schemes between £10 and £40 million.What are we looking for?As an experienced Building Services Manager, you will have a good understanding of construction techniques and a HNC (or equivalent).
