As a Maintenance Operative, here are some of the key responsibilities:

  • Conduct general maintenance tasks, including basic repairs, painting, and groundskeeping.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure any issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure the overall cleanliness and safety of the property.

What we are looking for in our ideal candidate:

  • Previous experience in a maintenance or handyman role is preferred
