This role focuses on private family matters, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to a thriving team and deliver high-quality legal services to a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of private family matters, including divorce, financial remedies, child arrangements, cohabitation disputes and prenuptial agreements
- Providing clear, practical and empathetic advice to clients, ensuring exceptional client care throughout
- Conducting negotiations and representing clients in court where necessary
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Contributing to business development initiatives, including networking and marketing activities
- Keeping up to date with changes in family law and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
You
- Qualified Solicitor with solid experience in private family law
- Proven ability to manage a broad range of family law matters independently
- Strong advocacy, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- A client-focused approach with excellent communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues alike
- A proactive and business-minded attitude with a commitment to the firm's growth
