About the Position

We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and forward-thinking Product Manager for the High Performance App to join High Performance as we approach our next stage of growth.


The ideal candidate will have proven experience in overseeing a small team of developers, optimising user journeys, and product roadmap creation and delivery. This position also requires a strong ability to analyse, interpret, and report on data, with proficiency in data manipulation and presentation to drive informed decision-making.


Responsibilities: 


  • Product Strategy: Develop a clear and compelling product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the  next stage of accelerated growth for the High Performance App.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand user needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Translate insights into actionable product features and enhancements.
  • User-Centric Design: Oversee the creation of intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces that provide a seamless user experience.
  • Product Development: Lead the product development process from concept to launch, working closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features and updates.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with App Content Manager and Marketing team to develop content and go-to-market strategies, sales to support product positioning, and customer support to address user inquiries and feedback.
  • Performance Metrics: KPIs include new app downloads, MAU, and subscription conversion and retention.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collect user feedback, monitor industry trends, and stay updated on emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation in the app.


Skills & Experience:


  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the software or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • A deep understanding of customer journeys and personalisation, as ways to improve user engagement.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed product decisions.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Passion for high-performance, productivity, and personal development tools/apps.
