Responsibilities
  1. Build fundamental account plans, operational strategy and drive revenue growth.
  2. Be involved in all aspects of account management including: senior level relationship management, product demonstrations, contract negotiation, sales closing, product setup and delivery.
  3. Generate leads through cold-calling, networking, and various other prospecting techniques.
  4. Determine qualified leads through evaluation of prospect requirements and development of a concise understanding of prospects' decision-making processes and criteria.
  5. Development of relationships with decision-influencing, senior executives within prospect organisations.
  6. Work closely with the Solutions Engineering team to coordinate product demonstrations and workshops for prospective clients.
  7. Analyse and understand customer insights and market trends; adapt, communicate and evolve strategies based on these changes.
  8. Travel to customer sites to conduct sales activities.
  9. Accurately forecast future business.
Qualifications
  1. Excellent client- and service-orientation when interacting with sophisticated investment managers and leaders.
  2. Strong enterprise solution sales professional with a proven record of achieving/exceeding annual quota target.
  3. Ideally, blue-chip background in a global technology company familiar with complex, multi-level, consultative selling combined with the ability to operate in an entrepreneurial high-growth culture.
  4. Experience of environments where the sales process involves multiple tiers of complex organisations and where the sales cycles are long and consultative.
  5. The ability to conceptualize and build value propositions that deliver a compelling message.
  6. Knowledge of the Alternative Investment Industry or adjacent Industry sectors with transferable knowledge.
  7. Must proactively own the entire sales process and be able to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously. High competence in delivering product presentations and managing client workshops and proof of concepts.
  8. Strong commercial awareness, excellent client facing and interpersonal skills.
  9. Strong communication and organizational skills.
