We build hope for everyone dealing with cancer.What youll do at ElektaAs a QA Engineer you will play a critical role in supporting our local Quality Management System ensuring process compliance and driving continuous improvement.Your primary focus will be on internal audits and maintaining adherence to regulatory standards particularly ISO 13485. You will work cross-functionally with Supply Chain Manufacturing Regulatory Affairs and other teams to drive quality performance and ensure regulatory compliance.Key responsibilities include:Lead and participate in internal audits across the businessEnsure compliance with ISO 13485 ISO 14971 MDR QSR and related standardsSupport the execution of compliance projects through to completionRepresent QA in functional processes including CAPA Order Fulfilment and ManufacturingAssist process owners in defining and implementing process changes and system improvementsAnalyse process data and trends to drive optimisationPrepare and report monthly QA metricsProvide quality support and technical guidance to cross-functional teamsPromote a quality mindset and adherence to Elekta values across the businessThe right stuffFor this role we want to see that you:Have excellent communication and collaboration skillsAre objective-driven and customer-focusedAre able to work independently with minimal supervisionHave strong attention to detail and structured approach to problem solvingCan work under pressure and meet deadlinesAre an effective team player with mentoring abilityHave a strong professional integrity and understanding of business needsWhat you bringBachelors degree in Engineering Quality or equivalent experienceISO 13485 Internal Auditor CertificationHands-on experience in a QA role within a regulated (preferably medical device) environmentFamiliarity with MDR QSR CMDR IEC standards and risk management practicesStrong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (e.g. CAPA Root Cause Analysis)Experience with quality improvement techniques like Lean Six Sigma or DOE is a plusProficient in Microsoft Office and quality systemsExcellent in English (verbal and written)What youll getIn this role you will work for a higher purpose: Hope - for everyone dealing with cancer and for everyone regardless of where in the world to have access to the best cancer addition to this Elekta offers a range of benefits including: Hybrid work option (you are required to work from the Crawley HQ at least 3days/week) Up to 25 paid vacation days (plus bank holidays) Holiday Purchase Scheme Private Medical Insurance Attractive Employer Pension Contribution Package Cycle to work scheme Life Assurance Onsite subsidized restaurant offering budget-friendly dining Love electric (Electric vehicle salary sacrifice scheme)Hiring processWe are looking forward to hearing from you Apply by submitting your application and résumé in English via the Apply button.
