Duration: 6 month initial - scope to go on through next year
Introduction: Our client, a leading Professional Services firm, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in ServiceNow to join their team on an inside IR35 contract basis. The successful candidate will play a vital role in analysing business processes, gathering requirements, and facilitating the implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions to meet the client's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements related to ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
- Business Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization through the implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
- Solution Design: Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and design solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Configuration and Customization: Utilise expertise in ServiceNow to configure and customize the platform to meet business requirements, including workflows, forms, reports, and integrations.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of ServiceNow solutions, and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) with stakeholders.
- Training and Documentation: Provide training to end-users on new ServiceNow functionalities and processes, and develop comprehensive documentation to support training and ongoing operations.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, and effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a Professional Services environment.
- Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including configuration, customization, and administration.
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools for project management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications in ServiceNow (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.
Additional Information:
- This is an inside IR35 contract position, and candidates must be prepared to work within the scope of IR35 regulations.
