CNC PROGRAMMER. WILLENHALL £40,000 DAYS EARLY FRIDAY FINISH We are seeking a CNC Programmer We are a busy, thriving manufacturing facility in the Willenhall area. We are a market leader, serving industries such as aerospace, automotive, medical and defense. With a reputation for quality and innovation, we are expanding our team, and are looking for a skilled CNC 5-axis Programmer to join our growing operation. Commutable from Birmingham, Handsworth, Dudley, Wolverhampton, Wombourne, Wednesbury, Walsall, Aldridge, Burntwood, Coven and Great Barr Key Responsibilities Program 5-axis CNC machines using CAM software Creating, optimising and trouble shooting CNC Programs Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and engineering specifications. Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for various materials. Optimize toolpaths for efficiency, accuracy, and surface finish. Set up, prove out, and adjust programs on the shop floor when necessary. Collaborate with machinists to troubleshoot machining issues. Ensure all work meets quality standards and production deadlines. Requirements Experience programming 5-axis CNC machines. We will also consider candidates with CNC Setting and Operating skills, who wants to learn Programming Proficiency in CAM software (Mastercam, NX, Powermill, or equivalent). Strong knowledge of CNC machining, tooling, and fixturing. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T. Experience with aerospace, medical, or high-precision components (preferred). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. What are you waiting for?
