Influencer Marketing Executive (Full Time)
We are seeking an experienced, highly organized and proactive Influencer Marketing Executive to join our team on a full time basis. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving our influencer strategy, enhancing our influencer marketing initiatives, managing relationships, and ensuring seamless execution of organic and paid influencer campaigns. Your work will closely align with the broader marketing strategy, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
Role Overview
As the Influencer Marketing Executive, you will support the development and execution of influencer marketing strategies that align with the wider marketing strategy. You will manage influencer relationships through email, phone, and video calls, ensuring that all communications are clear and brand appropriate. Additionally, you will write creative briefs, oversee content ideation, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver cohesive and impactful campaigns. Working alongside the Content Marketing Manager, Media Buyer, and other departments, you’ll ensure all influencer activities contribute to the company’s overarching marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the influencer database to track partnerships, content performance, and future opportunities.
- Research and identify potential influencers whose content & audiences align with our brand values and campaign objectives.
- Conduct outreach and manage communications with influencers via email, phone, and calls to foster strong working relationships.
- Write creative briefs for influencers, ensuring content adheres to brand messaging, creative direction, and wider marketing objectives.
- Ensure influencer strategies align with the broader marketing strategy, reinforcing brand positioning and supporting cross-channel marketing efforts.
- Expanding the influencer programme by creating/enhancing workflows + systems and entering new territories such as Affiliate Marketing
- Oversee relationship management with influencers, affiliates, and key partners to drive long-term collaborations.
- Assist with creating and executing organic and paid influencer campaigns, from ideation to delivery.
- Monitor inboxes and manage influencer communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Write strategic communications that clearly convey campaign objectives, creative direction, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to influencers.
- Collaborate on content ideation and scheduling, ensuring influencer content aligns with the overall marketing calendar and strategic priorities.
- Participate in venue visits and behind-the-scenes days to capture additional content for campaigns.
- Assist in budget management for influencer campaigns, negotiating costs with influencers and tracking campaign spend.
- Collaborate closely with the Content Marketing Manager to ensure influencer content supports broader marketing campaigns and goals.
Requirements
- Experience of creating and managing influencer campaigns for brands in the entertainment sector
- Previous experience with content ideation and working on integrated campaigns.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience communicating via email, phone, and calls.
- Experience in creative brief writing and providing clear guidance for content creation.
- Strong organisational skills to manage databases, influencer relationships, and content schedules.
- Proven ability to align influencer strategies with wider marketing goals, ensuring cohesion across campaigns.
- Ability to research and identify emerging influencers and trends.
- Self-driven with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing needs.
- Experience in budget management, negotiation, and working within financial constraints.
- Collaborative team player who can work cross-functionally with marketing, content, and media teams.
- Experience with performance measurement reporting
- Understanding of paid media buying and paid influencer content strategies.
