The ideal candidate would be equally adept at back-end and front-end development using PHP and Laravel, as well as understanding the big picture while meticulously focusing on code quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to analyze needs and maintain a robust development cycle.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using PHP and Laravel.
- Integrate front-end components with server-side logic using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Design and manage databases to ensure high performance and responsiveness.
- Identify and fix bugs promptly to ensure a smooth user experience.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Implement security measures to safeguard against vulnerabilities.
- Keep abreast with emerging technologies and trends to continuously improve our solutions.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, particularly with PHP and Laravel.
- Strong proficiency in PHP and extensive experience with the Laravel framework.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JS frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, React).
- Experience with SQL databases (MySQL preferred) and understanding of NoSQL databases.
- Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party API integrations.
- Practical experience in writing unit tests and performing debugging.
- Familiarity with Agile development practices (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience with development tools and workflow management tools (JIRA preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to build relationships with team members and stakeholders.
