Were seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to oversee all workshop operations at a busy heavy plant hire depot in Bedford. In this role, youll report directly to the Depot Manager and lead a team of 4 Workshop Fitters and 2 Yard Staff, ensuring the companys fleet of heavy plant equipment is maintained to the highest standards and fully compliant. The position is 50% hands-on engineering and 50% management and planning, offering a great balance of leadership and technical involvement.
