About the Role

We’re seeking a time served Weld and Fab Engineer to inspire and guide future engineers in making a lasting impact.


Training or teaching experience isn't required for this role. We are looking for people that are ready to pass on their skills and experience to those at the start of their career.


What You’ll Do

- Inspire and Educate: Deliver engaging training and workshops that develop skills.

- Cultivate Skills: Develop training programs that prepare young people with hands-on experience.

- Mentor Leaders: Guide students to become future engineers.

- Collaborate and Network: Work with industry experts to enhance curriculum and create opportunities.


What we need from you

- Proven industry experience in wed and fabrication

- A willingness to pass on your skills and expereince to the next generation of engineers
