We are looking for a Glasgow/Scotland-based Business Analyst with experience mapping out processes and discovering the as-is of an existing system as well as contributing to the process mapping of a scheduling system.Business Analyst Responsibilities:Plan and prioritise business analysis activities in alignment with the product roadmap.Elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements via workshops, interviews, observations, and analysis of current systems and processes.Translate complex business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and supporting documentationAct as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure shared understanding of requirements and solution intentFacilitate ongoing review and change management to adapt to evolving business priorities and user feedbackResponsibilities will include:Capturing and revalidating business requirements, including a review of internal systems Baseline requirementsDocumenting and refining user stories to reflect current needs and future enhancementsDocumenting current ("as-is") processes and operational workflows for both current systems and scheduling systemsSupporting potential simplification of crew rostering processes, subject to further scoping and confirmationEnsuring stakeholder alignment and facilitating ongoing review and change management processesThe ideal candidate will be process map driven and have experience working with scheduling systems.
