Salary:£35K - £40K DOE 40 hours per week- including early & late shifts to support the night team Flexibility to work occasional weekends 28 days holiday Work with apassionate and supportive teamThe Ideal Candidate: At least 2 years of experiencein residential childcare Holds aLevel 3 Diplomain Children and Young People's Workforce/Residential Childcare Experience in a leadership roleDeputy Manager or similar Passionate about working therapeutically with children & young people Strong understanding ofsafeguarding, compliance, and care plans IT-literate and able to manage administrative tasks efficientlyBonus points if you: Have a validdriving license Are working towards aLevel 5 Leadership & Managementqualification Have experience intherapeutic provisionsYour Role as Deputy Home Manager: Support theRegistered Managerin leading the team and ensuring high-quality care MaintainOFSTED complianceand high safeguarding standards Oversee thedevelopment and implementationof care plans Lead, coach, and support staff toensure best practices Ensure asafe, nurturing, and structuredenvironment for children Collaborate with external agencies, social workers, and familiesLocation:Bethnal Green, E1 and Woodford, IG10 Hours:40 hours per week - early & late shifts + occasional weekends Ready to make a real difference?
