It offers therapeutic care and support to vulnerable children and young people from across the West Midlands with emotional/behavioural difficulties.The full-time support worker role is 37.5 hours a week. It pays £12.20 per hourThere is shift work involved Monday to Sunday and you will be required to undertake sleep in duties.Shift times are (Apply online only) and you will undetake 2-3 of these per week.You must have the following: * NVQ level 3 in children and young people or an equivalent qualification. * Experience working with children and young people * Experience working in a residential care setting * A passion and desire to work with children and young people * Patience, empathy and understanding * Excellent written and verbal skills and the ability to record data accurately. * The ability to work flexible working hours which includes evenings, weekends, bank holidays and sleep in duties. * A clean and enhanced DBS .Applicants are required to submit an updated CV and will be contacted to discuss the role in further detail if they meet the specifications outlined
