Job DescriptionAre you technically minded with a passion for problem-solving and customer supportThis Technical Advisor role offers the chance to combine hands-on technical knowledge with customer service working for a leading manufacturing business in Driffield thats proud of its innovation and quality products.As part of a friendly and knowledgeable team youll play a key role in providing expert advice troubleshooting technical issues and supporting customers engineers and distributors to keep operations running smoothly.Some of the Technical Advisor key responsibilities are:Provide technical guidance and support to customers engineers and distributorsLog track and manage cases to ensure quick and effective resolutionsReview technical drawings to identify parts and resolve queriesRemotely connect to machines to carry out fault finding and diagnosticsCollaborate with internal departments to share knowledge and improve processesMaintain accurate records of communications and outcomesDeliver outstanding customer service through clear and professional communicationSupport continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and recommending solutionsYoull be naturally inquisitive with a strong technical mindset and the ability to translate complex information into clear advice.Ideally youll come from an electrical background; perhaps youve worked in a customer support role within an electrical or engineering environment.
