The Role


The Chief Marketing Officer will report directly to the CEO and have the chance to elevate JobAdder’s growth trajectory, leading an accelerated by demand generation strategy, aimed at new customer acquisition. They will lead the marketing team, towards healthy execution and work closely with the sales team to build a humming GTM engine for robust future MRR growth in JobAdders key global markets.


The successful applicant will influence five critical areas of marketing: leadership, brand strategy & evangelism, growth, field and product marketing.


As a key leader, this person will grow, develop and mentor high-performing, integrated teams across the globe, who embody JobAdder's values of empathy, customer, innovation and results.

By taking charge of brand strategy & evangelism, there is the opportunity to evolve JobAdder's brand strategy to execute the company's vision and ensure the brand is coherently, consistently and concisely communicated across all potential customer touchpoints. A successful candidate will collaborate with their team to implement an innovative, and analytical lens to growth marketing, to find new opportunities of expansion and partnering closely with Product and Sales.


Key Skills & Experience

  • Min 10 years experience in a marketing leadership role for a fast-growing tech company (B2B SaaS)
  • Experience working with performance marketing metrics and managing high-performing marketing teams
  • Proven track record of creating a high-level vision and defining a path to achieving that vision
  • Experience developing distinctive brand positioning and messaging strategy
  • Experience using large-scale analytics and data, both qualitative and quantitative
  • Experience in go-to-market strategy and execution in SMB and mid-market
  • Experience leading international, cross-functional teams and managing a wide range of key stakeholders
  • Has driven the acquisition of new business by finding creative and cost-efficient channels to increase leads and conversion to pipeline/revenue.
  • Defined and constantly synced on a complete set of KPIs to evaluate growth initiatives to create an environment of continuous improvement.
