CMA Recruitment Group is exclusively partnering with a top employer based in Bournemouth, Dorset, who have the requirement to hire an experienced Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis. This is an opportunity to join a well established business that enjoys long tenures from its staff members and offers a strong benefits package.What will the Finance Business Partner role involve?

  • Construction and maintenance of financial models for long term projects;
  • Details costing analysis including scenario modelling, with clear communication to relevant non-finance stakeholders;
  • Customer pricing and cash flow analysis, ensuring correct margins and SLAs are achievable;
  • Ensure financial reporting standards are maintained;
  • Assist in commercial analysis for potential overseas projects, taking into account international taxation and regulations and building these into existing models;
  • Completion of additional project based analysis.

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Business Partner vacancy:

  • The ideal candidate will be ACCA / CIMA or equivalently qualified;
  • Previous analytical / business partnering experience within a large business is required;
  • Experience partnering on long term projects, particularly within the manufacturing sector is highly beneficial;
  • Advanced Excel & modelling skills are also required.
