As Communications Analyst you will decide the best communication method through websites email communication and surveys. You will then analyse the results of each and choose ways to continuously improve the service.What you bring:High level of written communications skills with excellent copywriting abilities for various channels and audiences.High attention to detail and exceptional proofreading skills.Excellent spelling and grammar.The ability to adhere to style guides tone of voice guidelines and accessibility guidelines.Excellent time and task management skills.High levels of IT literacy working knowledge of MS office and email communication tools.Qualification in communications PR marketing or similar or equivalent experience.Experience managing and designing public-facing websites using a CMS.Experience in copywriting and editing.Interviews will be held in person at Clyde Place Glasgow.
