Key Responsibilities:

• Experience working alongside partners and senior solicitors on complex transactions
• Support asset purchase and sale transactions by drafting ancillary documents and facilitating progress throughout
• Assist with business disposals by completing due diligence responses and preparing supporting documentation
• Conduct comprehensive legal due diligence
• Oversee the due diligence process for clients
• Handle both completion and post-completion matters
• Engage in a broad range of corporate legal work, including drafting articles of association and shareholders’ agreements
