We have an exciting new opportunity for a Private Client Paralegal to join a Wills & Probate team. This role is ideal for a law graduate or an individual with some prior legal experience who is looking to develop their skills and gain hands-on exposure to private client work within a supportive and professional environment.Location: Whitley BayHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00?am 5:00?pm (35 hours/week)Salary: £22,250 per annumWhat you will be doing:As a key member of our team, you will assist with the efficient progression of client matters from initial instruction through to completion. Your responsibilities will include:Reviewing initial client information:Assessing and checking documentation and details provided by clients to ensure all necessary information is complete, accurate and ready for the next stage of processing.Managing triage process:Sending files for triage, reviewing triage reports, and ensuring that cases are categorised correctly based on complexity, client needs and potential outcomes.Supporting fee earners and team members:Providing administrative and legal support to solicitors and other colleagues as requiredthis may include preparing correspondence, drafting standard legal documents, updating case management systems and lia...
