About the Role: Business Development ManagerIn this role, you’ll join an award-winning team known for industry-leading service. From the moment you start, you’ll be actively building relationships, structuring deals, and moving fast in a high-energy, client-centric environment. Rather than being confined to a desk, you’ll be on the road engaging with our broker community, developing relationships, and opening new channels for growth.
What You’ll Do- Build and Strengthen Broker Partnerships: Develop and manage a network of brokers within your sales region, building relationships that generate new business and grow existing accounts.
