Plumbmaster are a leading specialist within the plumbing & heating division of the Haldane Group. We offer a dedicated service to the plumbing & heating industry, with specialised trade counters and staff who aim to provide unrivalled levels of customer service. We wish to recruit a motivated individual to lead our Lisburn Team. This is an exciting career opportunity offering an excellent working environment in one of the fastest growing independent plumbing and heating merchants in Northern Ireland. We offer a competitive package that includes: In house training No late nights/No Sunday working Staff Discounts Performance related bonus scheme Cycle to work scheme Applications for this role are invited from an individual who is: A leader with ability to take the Plumbmaster department forward in line with Group objectives Target driven with a genuine passion for the customer Focused on generating revenue Passionate about providing excellent customer service Able to lead and manage a team An excellent communicator with effective people skills Experienced with systems and procedures Key responsibilities for the role of Plumbmaster Manager include: Continually improve branch sales and margin KPI's Mentor and develop the team Deliver a high standard of customer service Motivate the team to exceed targets Management of stock in line with sales Audit department branch systems and procedures with teams Experience in working in the Plumbing and Heating or Builders Merchant industry would be desirable but not essential as full training would be provided.
