Product Manager

Location: Devon (Hybrid role)

Salary: up £90k




Join our dynamic team as a Product Manager, a pivotal role reporting directly to the Growth Director. This position is instrumental in driving the company's growth plans and contributing to its strategic vision.



Main Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Own the core workstreams integral to the Strategic Product Roadmap.
  • Track the commercial return of each Product stream to inform strategic decisions on R&D investment.
  • Collaborate monthly with the Senior Leadership team, leveraging their expertise to benefit the Strategic Product Roadmap.
  • Engage in weekly deep collaboration with the CTO, Tech Stack leads, Technical Project Manager, and App Product Manager for alignment towards mission success.
  • Be accountable for ensuring the Strategic Product Roadmap is a dynamic and accurate plan.
  • Act as the go-to Subject Matter Expert on Product Management.
  • Present reports at the Board level when required, providing insights on the Strategic Product Roadmap.
