To be based in Bamber Bridge Preston with the option of hybrid working.Location:Bamber Bridge PrestonHours of Work:Full time - 40 hours (Monday to Friday)Salary: Up to 28500- Depending on experience12 Month Fixed Term ContractResponsibilities:Support Operational team in all daily commercial aspects.Accurately value works undertaken and where necessary provide records to substantiate cost to allow prompt issue of Application for payment/invoice in line with contractual timescales.Assessing subcontractor AFPs making accrualsand raising Pos.Raising CEs / variations with clientsFacilitate production of cost reporting.Cost reconciliation.Maintain accurate records.Using various Commercial and Finance systems.Accepts extra duties as situations arise.Experience:Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Strong desire to maintain client relationships whilst not compromising contractual entitlement.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage own time and work to business priorities and deadlinesForward thinking and keen to develop smarter delivery of work.Commercially and financially aware.Experience in a commercial department would be advantageous.What you will get in return:In joining Sapphire Utility Solutions as part of the Lanes Group - the UKs largest independent provider we are committed to fostering a workplace culture that prioritises the well-being growth and safety of our employees.
