You'll work alongside experienced engineers and contribute to the design and delivery of renewables infrastructure projects that contribute to and support the strategic growth within the various markets we operate, including but not limited to renewables infrastructure, transmission, transportation and flood protection across Scotland and supporting our multi-disciplinary Northern Ireland business within Tetra Tech RPS. You'll be joining a collaborative team of professionals within a high-performing consultancy. With decades of experience and a reputation for technical excellence, our design business spans engineering, architecture, and development services.Your Impact in this Position:As a Graduate Structural Engineer, you'll play a key role in supporting the technical delivery of projects. You'll gain hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle-from concept design to construction-and contribute to solutions that improve lives and shape cities.You'll collaborate across disciplines, attend client meetings and site visits, and produce technical drawings and calculations that meet industry standards. With mentorship from senior engineers and access to a structured development programme, you'll build the skills, confidence, and experience needed to progress toward chartership and beyond.What to Expect: Mentorship & Support: Learn from experienced professionals and receive guidance from a dedicated technical mentor in your chosen discipline. If you wish to explore a different discipline at the end of the programme, we'll consider this based on your interests and business requirements.Chartered Management Institute (CMI) PartnershipAs part of the scheme, you'll have access to the CMI Foundation Chartered Manager pathway through flexible, online Bite Size programs.
