Description
- Coordinate and manage all health, safety, and environmental matters
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation
- Implement and maintain HSE policies and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and safety audits
- Provide training and advice to staff on HSE matters
- Investigate accidents and incidents
- Monitor and report on HSE performance
- Develop and promote a positive safety culture
Profile
A successful HSE Coordinator should have:
- IOSH or NEBOSH qualification
- A solid understanding of HSE legislation and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in an FMCG environment
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
