The Role

We have ambitious plans to scale and grow, and we’re now looking for another Senior Consultant to support the team in accelerating our growth.


We’re hiring for an honest, transparent and experienced Finance Recruiter that has a proven history in success, is passionate about our industry and is looking for a role where they can contribute significantly to the impact of a scale-up business.


You will join as a Senior Consultant and support the growth of Aila in an autonomous and leadership focused role, raising the profile of Aila and partnering with our customers to build our reputation as a quality driven specialist in the market, become the go to finance recruitment partner.


You’ll need to get behind our story, although we’ll make that easy for you, as a recruiter focuses on the triple bottom line, people, planet, profit.


We’re fortunate to have built up a strong reputation in our first 3 years, with several organisations choosing to work with us exclusively and on repeat campaigns, so you’ll be on the front foot from day one.

What’s expected?

  • Generating new relationships, meetings and demonstrating Aila’s approach and recruitment strategy
  • Pitching to senior Finance & Talent leaders across the Home Counties & London
  • Engaging & supporting job seekers with career advice and opportunities
  • Sourcing, attracting, and securing the best finance talent for our clients
  • Enhancing our existing relationships to secure repeat and exclusive campaigns
  • Take responsibility for branding outreach, including video content, leadership interviews and content for jobseekers
  • Grow in your role as we scale the team further


Not only will you get complete autonomy in managing your client base, job requisitions and time, you’ll have a major influence and involvement in the long term sustainability goals of the business and have a real influence on our growth direction.


Experience

  • You will have worked in finance recruitment, and have proven experience in winning and retaining new business
  • You must be a confident and autonomous Recruiter, taking complete responsibility of your desk and division
  • You don’t need to have managed teams previously but must be a natural leader who has outperformed their colleagues.

  • Generous base salary and a highly rewarding commission scheme
  • Annual leave - 25 days + bank holidays, Christmas shut down (extra 3 days) and each employee gets 1 charity day a year too.
  • Hybrid working (currently 4 days remote, 1 day in Milton Keynes)
