Town Ranger Temporary contract 1st June - 31st October24 Hours per Week £16 per hour Travail Employment Group are proud to be working alongside a local authority to help find a caring and passionate Town Ranger. The main role of the Town Ranger will be to work with the Town Council and develop a work programme that ensures that the town is clean and attractive and meets the needs and aspirations of residents and visitors.The Role of Town Ranger:-
- Keeping the town clean and tidy and free from litter
- Trimming overgrown bushes and general weeding
- Assist Town Council Playground Inspectors by carrying out weekly Health and Safety inspections
- To promote activities by local organisations
The Ideal Town Ranger should :-
- Ability to communicate effectively within a team and with the public.
- Have a keen eye for detail
- Demonstrate a passionate and responsible attitude
- Able to speak Welsh is advantageous
