MBA/PhD Business Development and Operations Intern

Responsibilities:


· Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential new business opportunities.

· Assist in developing and executing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

· Support operational initiatives to enhance efficiency and streamline processes.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling materials and campaigns to attract potential clients.

· Participate in client meetings and presentations, demonstrating a strong grasp of our products and services.

· Lead analytical work streams using data-driven approaches.

· Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights for the team.


Key Attributes for Success:


· Enrolled in an MBA or PhD program with a focus on Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Data, or Business Strategy.

· Passionate about startups and eager to immerse yourself in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively.

· Strong analytical mindset, capable of gathering and interpreting data to drive informed decisions.

· Proactive and self-motivated, demonstrating the ability to take initiative and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Flexibility and adaptability to work in a rapidly changing environment.

· Previous experience in business development, operations, sales, or related fields is important.

· Previous experience in startups is a major plus.
