EstimatorSalary bracket: £50,000 pa - £60,000 pa + excellent benefitsLocation: Wigan or DoncasterOpportunity for an experienced Estimator to join the Commercial Team of a multinational company in the Infrastructure Sector, to manage bids from inception to submission and navigate communication with internal and external stakeholders.The ideal candidate will have:Strong previous experience as an Estimator, ideally in Rail/ConstructionTender documents and contract management experienceStrong IT skills (estimating software, CAD, etc.).Excellent negotiation, presentation, and multitasking abilities.Stakeholder engagement and managementDegree in Construction Management (or equivalent) and/or professional accreditation (RICS, ACostE, ICES) preferred.Main responsibilities involved in the role:Identify and develop tender opportunities for frameworks and projects.Analyse drawings, specifications, and rail standards to produce accurate estimates.Coordinate inputs from technical, commercial, and project teams.Build relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to optimise pricing.Oversee tender documentation, site visits, and settlement meetings.Sound like the ideal next step in your career?Take the first ...
