We're seeking a calm, patient Learning Support Assistant to provide consistent 1:1 support for a KS3 pupil who is currently finding school and lesson engagement challenging. The school are looking for a LSA who can build trust, reduce anxiety, and help the pupil feel emotionally safe enough to rejoin daily routines at their own pace. This TA role is well suited to candidates from youth work, social care, counselling, behaviour support, mentoring, or those with Team Teach/positive behaviour training.
