As a family run business our client is genuinely proud of their product, and are widely considered one of the premium house builders from both a specification and build quality perspective in the Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire counties.

The Site Manager will be working on residential developments between 20 and 150 units, primarily consisting of mixed tenure, traditional residential builds, across Hertfordshire & Bedfordshire, responsible for managing the day-to-day activities on site while reporting to the Contracts Manager.

Site Manager Position Salary & Benefits
  • Salary: £50k - £55k DOE
  • Car Allowance OR Company Car

Site Manager Position Requirements
  • Prior experience working as a Site Manager on residential developments
  • Good tenure and seeking a permanent position
  • Hold all relevant certificates (SMSTS etc.)
  • Full driving licence
  • Prior experience working as number one on site
